The Perfect Balance program is designed to help you make adjustments to your daily eating regimen so you will burn excess body fat and get back into healthy shape. We teach you to live with foods, not without, so you'll have a weight management program you can follow for life.
It starts with a body composition evaluation so you'll know exactly how much of your weight is in body fat, healthy lean mass, and water weight, both in pounds and percentages.
After this evaluation, you'll be shown how much body fat you need to lose to get into healthy shape. Using a 45-year old female as an example, your healthy body fat range is between 23-34% of total weight. Anything higher will put you in the "overfat" or "obese" categories, and that is what contributes to medical issues down the road.
We will then design a custom program based on your likes and dislikes. The program includes the following:
