The Difference

Perfect Balance gives you a different approach to weight loss. Instead of focusing on how much you weigh, we concentrate on how much body fat you need to lose.  Losing “weight” and reaching a number on the scale is largely irrelevant if your body fat composition is still too high.

We teach food management, not dieting. We set your calories based on what is right for you, and make continuous adjustments to maintain steady progress in body fat loss.  Because the emphasis is on balance, we have High-Protein plans, High-Carb plans, and Vegetarian Plans depending on your preferences.  We’ll teach you the proper combinations of foods within each of the plans to keep you on task.

Weight Management means no foods are off limits! Although you’d like to make all the right food choices all the time, we realize most people can only be good 75% of the time.  We’ll show you exactly what to do to counterbalance the 25% of time when you’re being less-than-perfect so you can continue your healthy progress.

The reason a majority of Americans are overfat or obese is largely due to their food choices over the years, developing bad eating habits. We feel that the only long-term way to fight this problem is to address it at its core, to replace your bad eating habits with good ones, and help you practice the better eating habits every week until they become second nature!  Sure, there are alternatives such as stomach surgeries, lipo reduction, pill-dependent programs and meal replacement programs.  But these methods fall into the “quick-fix” mentality, and this type of instant gratification is what got many of us into trouble in the first place.  Our program not only fixes the problem now, but gives you the methods you need to maintain your healthy weight for life!

Ours is a FOOD-BASED program, taking a holistic approach, but not to the extreme.  You’ll learn to live WITH foods, not WITHOUT, whether eating at home or when dining out at any type restaurant. Even the dietary and nutritional supplements we carry are of the highest quality food-based composition, not chemically based.

Many other commercial diet programs lure you with a low weekly program cost or the promise of losing up to five pounds per week. But these same programs also require you to spend upwards around $100 per week on their supplements or they won’t guarantee your success.
